摘要
以原子吸收光谱石墨炉法测定试样中隔浓度为例,将传统验证性实验设计成设计型综合性实验,通过线上线下的混合教学模式充分调动学生的积极性,让学生通过该设计型综合性实验认识到中药污染与环境质量监测密切相关,增强学生环境保护意识。通过标准曲线法及原子化条件优化,加深学生对原子吸收光谱的认识与理解,进一步提高学生分析解决问题能力,并促进理论与实践的融合,旨在提高学生现代化分析技术技能,培养适应时代需求的高素质应用型复合型人才。
Taking the case of determination of Cd(Ⅱ)Ions concentration by the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrum(AAS),the traditional verification experiment was designed to comprehensive experiments.Through a mixture of online to offline teaching mode,the enthusiasm of students were fully aroused.And the students realized that pollution of Chinese medicine was closely related to environmental quality monitoring,which enhanced students'environmental protection consciousness.Through standard curve method and atomization condition optimization,students'understanding of AAS were deepened,their ability to analyze and solve problems was further improved,and the integration of theory and practice ability of students was promoted.The aim was to improve students'modern analytical skills and cultivate high-quality application-oriented compound talents to meet the needs of the Times.
