基于机器人技术的安器具无人库房系统

摘要 随着变电站智能化、无人化的建设提上日程,常规的安器具管理方式的一些问题也开始显露。譬如,作业人员需到存放点领取,步骤繁琐;采用人工管理,作业结束后易遗落现场;需要搬运到作业点,效率低。为此,设计一种基于机器人技术的安器具无人库房系统,将机器人运用到安器具管理系统中,结合无线射频、环境控制、门禁管理、视频监控等技术,实现安器具的自动领取、运转和归还,可降低人工操作强度,提高变电站运检效率,确保安器具的规范化使用。 With the construction of intelligent and unmanned substations being put on the agenda,some problems in conventional methods of managing safety tools and instruments have begun to emerge.For example,the operators need to go to the storage point of safety appliances to get safety tools and instruments,and the steps are cumbersome.The adoption of manual management cannot avoid equipment lose at the site after operation.Moreover,safety tools and instruments need to be transported to the operation point which lacks efficiency.Therefore this paper designs an unmanned warehouse system for safety tools and instruments based on robot technology.The robot is applied to the management system of safety tools and instruments,and combined with wireless radio frequency,environmental control,access control management,video monitoring and other technologies to achieve automatic collection,operation and return of safety tools and instruments.The system facilitate reduction in the intensity of manual operation,efficiency improvement of substation operation and inspection,and standardized use of safety tools and instruments.
