摘要
系统阐述了以无机硫为电子供体的硫自养反硝化系统中微生物特性,分析了不同反应器中硫自养反硝化微生物的优势菌属、无机硫源氧化还原过程中涉及的功能酶,介绍了加快硫自养反硝化启动的方法,如减少S~0颗粒的粒径、外加磁场、添加硫代谢中间产物或牛血清蛋白等,重点归纳了近年来硫自养反硝化国内外的实际工程应用的情况,并展望了硫自养反硝化技术未来的发展方向,旨在为硫自养反硝化体系发展提供借鉴和参考。
The microbial characteristics of sulfur autotrophic denitrification system was systematically expounded.The advantages of sulfur autotrophic denitrifying microorganisms in different reactors and the functional enzymes of inorganic sulfur source redox were analyzed.The methods of accelerating sulfur autotrophic denitrification were introduced,such as reducing the particle size of S~0 particles,applied magnetic field,adding sulfur metabolism intermediates or cattle serum protein.The practical engineering application of sulfur autotrophic denitrification at home and abroad was mainly summarized.The future development direction of sulfur autotrophic denitrification technology was prospected.It was aimed to provide reference for the development of sulfur autotrophic denitrification system.
