摘要
为避免硫化过程因人为因素造成参数设置出错、信息传递失真,以Oracle数据库为基础,通过OPC协议、表单关联、自动填充等方法,实现硫化过程参数及信息的准确传递。通过信息技术的应用,消除了人为差错,保证了硫化工艺过程的稳定性、可靠性。
In order to avoid the parameter setting error and theinformation transmission distortion caused by human factors in the vulcanization process,the accurate transmission of vulcanization process parameters and information is realized through OPC protocol,form association,automatic filling and other methods based on the Oracle database.Through the application of information technology,human error is eliminated and the stability and reliability of the vulcanization process are ensured.
