摘要
在当前以商业开发为导向的快速建造语境下,城市规划和设计领域面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇。作为一种创新的城市设计方法论,集群设计通过促进不同利益相关者之间的协作,为城市空间的有机生长和功能多样性提供新的可能性。深圳万科云城留仙洞项目作为近年集群设计实践的典型案例,不仅展现了城市设计与建筑设计的互动过程,也体现了如何通过集群设计手段实现城市设计理念的落地与创新。文章通过回顾集群设计在设计管理层面的历史背景,分析留仙洞项目的创新机制,探讨未来集群设计的发展方向。该项目不仅是对先前城市设计实践的反思和继承,也为未来相似类型的集群设计提供经验和启示。
In the current context of rapid construction oriented by commercial development,the urban planning and design field is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.cluster design(or group architectural creativity),as an innovative urban design methodology,offers new possibilities for the organic growth and functional diversity of urban spaces by facilitating collaboration among different stakeholders.As a typical case of cluster design practice,Liuxiandong Vanke Cloud City project not only shows the interactive process of urban and architectural design,but also reflects how to realize the landing and innovation of urban design concept by means of cluster design approaches.Through in-depth interviews with Zhou Hongmei and Meng Yan,this paper reviews the historical background of cluster design,analyzes the innovation mechanism of Liuxiandong Cloud City project,and discusses the expectation of cluster design in the future.The project is not only a reflection and inheritance of the previous urban design practice,but also provides valuable experience and inspiration for the development of future cluster design.
