摘要
中跨合拢是连续梁挂篮悬臂施工后将两个“T”构联结成整体的关键。本文依托工程实例,阐述了中跨合拢段临时锁定结构受力状况的理论分析方法,及根据分析结果,采取解除1个主墩的支座固结以降低温差对锁定结构产生的应力,预应力筋部分张拉以抵抗降温拉力等技术措施。同时按结构受力情况进行劲性骨架的设计,并在施工时精心组织施工,确保了合拢段的施工质量。
Mid span closure is the key to connecting two"T"structures into a whole after the continuous beam hanging basket cantilever construction.This article,based on engineering examples,elaborates on the theoretical analysis method of the stress situation of the temporary locking structure in the middle span closure section.Based on the analysis results,technical measures such as releasing the support consolidation of one main pier to reduce the stress caused by temperature difference on the locking structure,and tensioning the prestressed reinforcement to resist the cooling tension are taken.At the same time,the design of the rigid skeleton was carried out according to the structural stress situation,and the construction was carefully organized during the construction to ensure the construction quality of the closure section.
