摘要
海绵城市的概念目前在城市建设中占据核心地位,它使城市具备了海绵一样的特性,可以有效地吸收和转化水分,进而减少水资源的浪费和环境污染,为城市雨洪管理提供了新的解决方案。然而,传统的小区设计通常采用大量水泥铺装,导致硬化区域广泛,缺乏公共绿地,而且传统的改造方法具有很大的局限性,不仅可能破坏小区原有的生态环境和整体格局,而且施工量大、费用高昂、改造周期长。因此,将海绵城市理念融入到建筑小区设计中,不仅可以优化排水系统,确保建筑的质量和功能性,还能提升居民的生活质量。本文以某小区结合海绵城市理念的雨洪管理设计为例,详细分析了基于海绵城市理念的建筑小区设计方式,以供参考。
The concept of sponge city currently occupies a core position in urban construction.It endows cities with sponge like characteristics,which can effectively absorb and transform water,thereby reducing water resource waste and environmental pollution,and providing new solutions for urban stormwater management.However,traditional community design often uses a large amount of cement pavement,resulting in a wide range of hardened areas and a lack of public green space.Moreover,traditional renovation methods have great limitations,which may not only damage the original ecological environment and overall layout of the community,but also require a large amount of construction,high costs,and long renovation cycles.Therefore,integrating the sponge city concept into the design of architectural communities can not only optimize the drainage system,ensure the quality and functionality of the building,but also improve the quality of life of residents.This article takes the rainwater and flood management design of a certain residential area combined with the sponge city concept as an example,and analyzes in detail the design method of building residential areas based on the sponge city concept for reference.
