摘要
目前我国煤矿巷道顶锚索支护大多仍然依靠工人手持风钻或煤电钻的作业方式,劳动强度大,安全隐患多。为了提高连采双巷掘进工作面顶锚索施工的机械化、自动化水平,介绍一种顶锚索支护装置的整体设计思路,并详细阐述其结构特点和现场应用情况。
At present,in coal mine roadway of our country,the work mode of hand-held air drilling rig or coal electric drilling rig is still mostly used for top cable support,which has large labor intensity and many safety hidden troubles.In order to improve the level of mechanization and automation of top cabling construction in continuous mining double-roadway excavation face,introduced the overall design idea of top cabling support device,and expounded the structure characteristics and site application condition in detail.
