摘要
针对传统伺服控制算法存在的问题,研发了基于ZYNQ的电机运动控制系统。位置数据的反馈是电机运动控制不可或缺的组成部分,主要介绍光电编码器数据采集模块的设计,包括绝对式编码器和增量式编码器的硬件电路设计和软件逻辑电路设计。通过双闭环试验,证明设计的电机运动控制系统具有较好的控制效果,能够满足电机运动控制的要求。
In response to the problems existing in traditional servo control algorithms,a motor motion control system based on ZYNQ is developed in this paper.Due to the feedback of position data being an indispensable component of motor motion control,this paper mainly introduces the design of the photoelectric encoder data acquisition module,including the hardware circuit design and software logic circuit design of absolute encoder and incremental encoder.Through the double closed-loop test,it was verified that the designed motor motion control system has better control effect.
