摘要
目的分析苦参黄柏汤联合外洗方治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的效果。方法选取2019年7月—2022年3月龙口市中医医院收治的70例复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,计算机随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规治疗(西药联合外洗方治疗),观察组采用苦参黄柏汤联合外洗方治疗,并比较两组效果。观察两组患者疗效、症状消失时间,分析临床指标。结果观察组总有效率97.14%(34/35)高于对照组的80.00%(28/35)(P<0.05);观察组黏膜充血、白带异常、阴道疼痛、阴道瘙痒症状消失时间均较对照组缩短(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组阴道pH值、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组相关指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苦参黄柏汤联合外洗方用于复发性霉菌性阴道炎取得了良好疗效,可促进症状消退,同时有利于改善阴道环境、提升免疫力、降低炎症因子水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of Kushen Huangbai decoction combined with external washing prescription on recurrent mycotic vaginitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with recurrent mycotic vaginitis in Longkou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine from July 2019 to March 2022 were selected and investigated.They were randomly divided into two groups by computer.The con-trol group was treated with conventional treatment(Western medicine combined with external washing prescription),and the observa-tion group was treated with Kushen Huangbai decoction combined with external washing prescription.The effect of the two groups was compared.The curative effect and symptom disappearance time of the two groups were observed,and the clinical indexes were ana-lyzed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than that of control group(80.00%,28/35)(P<0.05).The disappearance time of mucosal congestion,abnormal leucorrhea,vaginal pain and vaginal pruritus in the observa-tion group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in vaginal pH,im-munoglobulin G(IgG)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of re-lated indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kushen Huangbai decoction combined with external washing prescription in the treatment of recurrent mycotic vaginitis can achieve good curative effect,promote the regression of symptoms,improve the vaginal environment,enhance immunity and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
