摘要
双泵组发生流量不平衡时,栓式泵运行期间的流量突然下降,引起泵腔内油温上升,损坏栓式泵密封,造成叶轮口环间隙变大,导致泵机性能下降,对泵房、管路和油罐的安全生产形成极大威胁。采用理论分析与计算相结合、计算结果与现场问题吻合的方法,分析双泵组发生流量不平衡的主要原因,并结合现场实际工况条件,提出切实可行、经济时效、消除流量不平衡问题的措施及建议。
when the double pump group flow imbalance,the flow during the operation of the pump suddenly drop,will cause the pump chamber oil temperature rise,damage the plug pump seal,cause the impeller ring gap,reduce the pump performance,has a great threat to the pump room,pipeline and tank safety production,using the combination of theoretical analysis and calculation,calculation results with field problems,analysis gives the main causes of the double pump group flow imbalance,and combining the actual field conditions,feasible,economic aging and eliminate flow imbalance measures and Suggestions.
