庙沟铁矿运输电机车智能化改造及应用

摘要 针对庙沟铁矿原电机车运输系统智能化水平低,作业人数多及劳动强度大的问题,对现用电机车系统进行智能化改造。构建电机车智能化体系,包括电机车网络系统、车载防碰撞系统、视频监控系统、信集闭控制系统、溜井远程装矿系统、卸载站控制系统及牵引变电所电力监控系统,以实现电机车远程遥控装卸矿及运矿操作。通过现场实践,系统有效减少了作业人员数量及运维成本,同时安全性极大提升。 Aiming at the problems of low intelligent level,large number of workers and high labor intensity of the original electric locomotive transportation system in Miaogou Iron Mine,the intelligent transformation of the existing electric locomotive system is carried out.The intelligent system of electric locomo-tive is constructed,including electric locomotive network system,vehicle anti-collision system,video monitoring system,signal centralized closed control system,chute remote loading system,unloading station control system and traction substation power monitoring system,so as to realize remote control of electric locomotive loading and unloading and ore transportation operation.Through field practice,the system effectively reduces the number of operators and operation and maintenance costs,while greatly improving safety.
