多孔挡板参数对气垫船内部流场的影响研究

摘要 气垫船具有囊孔尺寸较小、数量较多和围裙厚度较薄的特点。为解决囊孔和围裙对仿真计算效率和结果的不利影响,研究多孔挡板在气垫船内部流场仿真计算中的应用方法,得到部分多孔挡板参数对气垫船内部流场的影响规律。结果表明,采用多孔挡板模型计算的垫压最大误差为6.0%,囊压最大误差为3.7%,证明多孔挡板模型能够较好的模拟囊孔区域。经过对比4种多孔挡板区域面积和4种多孔挡板区域个数仿真结果得到,在一定范围内,多孔挡板区域面积的越小,囊压越大,垫压越小;而多孔挡板区域个数越多,囊压越小,垫压基本不变。 The hovercraft is characterized by small size,large number of holes and thin apron thickness.In order to solve the adverse effects of capsule holes and aprons on the simulation efficiency and results,the application method of porous baffle in the simulation calculation of hovercraft internal flow field is studied,and the influence rules of some porous baffle parameters on hovercraft internal flow field are obtained.The results show that the maximum error of cushion pressure calculated by the porous baffle model is 6.0%,and the maximum error of capsule pressure is 3.7%,which proves that the porous baffle model can better simulate the capsule pore area.By comparing the area of four kinds of porous baffles and the number of four kinds of porous baffles,the simulation results show that,in a certain range,the smaller the area of porous baffles is,the greater the capsule pressure is and the smaller the cushion pressure is,while the more the number of porous baffles is,the smaller the capsule pressure is.
