摘要
机械加工过程中的振动是制造业面临的一个重要问题,会对加工质量、工具寿命和生产效率产生重大影响,因此需要采取有效的振动控制技术。文章介绍机械加工过程中的振动特性,明确振动的产生机理、测量与分析方法以及振动特性的影响因素。在此基础上,分别从被动振动控制和主动振动控制两方面探讨机械加工过程中的振动控制技术,并结合机械加工的特点分析振动控制技术在机械加工中的具体应用,从而将振动控制在合理范围内,为机械加工质量提供可靠保障。
Vibration during machining is an important issue in the manufacturing industry and can have a significant impact on machining quality,tool life and production efficiency,so effective vibration control technology is needed.In this paper,the vibration characteristics in machining process are introduced,the mechanism of vibration generation,the method of measurement and analysis,and the influencing factors of vibration characteristics are defined.On this basis,the vibration control technology in machining process is discussed from two aspects of passive vibration control and active vibration control,and the specific application of vibration control technology in machining is analyzed according to the characteristics of machining,so as to control vibration within a reasonable range and provide reliable guarantee for machining quality.
