摘要
“蓝色粮仓”对于保障粮食安全、推动蓝色经济发展有着重要意义。江苏位于我国东部沿海中心地带,水域资源丰富,渔业发展基础良好,具备建设“蓝色粮仓”的特色优势。研究分析了江苏“蓝色粮仓”的建设现状,指出“蓝色粮仓”建设中面临的问题与挑战,并给出相应的对策建议。研究结果将为江苏推动现代海洋渔业发展提供决策参考。
The“blue granary”is of great significance for ensuring food security and promoting the development of the blue economy.Jiangsu is located in the central coastal area of eastern China,with abundant water resources and a good foundation for fishery development,and has the characteristic advantages of building a“blue granary”.The paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of“blue granaries”in Jiangsu Province,points out the problems and challenges faced in the construction of blue granaries,and provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The research results will provide decision-making references for Jiangsu to promote the development of modern marine fisheries.
