基于海底光缆埋设的海底冲沟泵选型研究

摘要 海底光缆能够实现远距离信息传输,帮助全球各国之间的电信传输互通互联。但其铺设设备复杂、工作环境恶劣、维护困难。海底冲沟泵作为其中的重要一环,在选型与应用上有诸多需要考虑的因素。通过分析复杂的海洋环境,如海水盐度、温度、海风海浪及海生物影响等,提出海底冲沟泵的材质选择、结构设计、附加保护等选型建议。研究表明:过流部件材质根据不同海域的盐度推荐选用316、316 L、904 L、双相不锈钢、超级双相钢,其耐腐蚀性由弱到强依次为:304、316、316 L、2205、904 L、2507;水导轴承常用材质包括橡胶、陶瓷、高分子材料、赛龙及碳纤维,建议优先选用赛龙及碳纤维材质;结构设计时着重考虑滤网孔目数、抗沙能力、防海生物影响。在经济预算较高的情况下,还可以考虑增加阴极保护和表面涂层工艺,进一步提高泵组的耐腐蚀性、稳定性、耐久性。对海底冲沟泵的选型研究,可为其他相似领域的应用提供参考,促进海上平台用泵的发展。 Submarine fiber-optic cable can enable long-distance information transmission and help to connect telecommunications between countries around the world.However,its laying equipment is complicated;the working environment is bad,and the maintenance is difficult.Submarine gully pump as an important part of it,there are a number of factors to consider when selecting and applying a model.By analyzing the complex marine environment,such as seawater salinity,temperature,sea breeze and waves,and the influence of marine life,etc.,it puts forward recommendations on the selection of materials,structural design,additional protection and other selection of submarine gully pumps.The study shows that,according to the salinity of different sea areas,it is recommended to use 316,316L,904L,duplex stainless steel,super duplex steel,and its corrosion resistance is 304<316<316L<2205<904L<2507;the commonly used materials for water guide bearings include rubber,ceramic,polymer material,selon and carbon fiber,and it is recommended to give priority to the selection of selon and carbon fiber materials;the structural design should focus on the number of filter mesh holes,sand resistance,anti-sea life impact;in addition,in the case of higher economic budget,it is also possible to consider adding cathodic protection and surface coating processes to further improve the corrosion resistance,stability and durability of the pump group.This paper's research on the selection of submarine gully pumps can provide a reference for other similar areas of application and promote the development of pumps for offshore platforms.
