新时代高校体育教师课程思政素养提升问题及路径研究

摘要研究运用文献资料等方法,对新时代高校体育教师的课程思政素养提升问题及路径进行了探究。研究认为:体育教师课程思政素养具有多角度的课程育人意识、多广度的教育技术理念、多维度的课程内容整合能力三方面内涵特征。新时代高校体育教师课程思政素养提升还存在课程思政意识失之偏颇,体育课程思政理念缺乏;学校重视不足,体育教师课程思政责任淡薄;培训机制不完善,体育教师思政素养不足等问题。研究建议:体育教师要及时转变自身教育观念,强化体育课程思政协同育人的理念;教育部门要构建全方位教师培训体系;学校要构建完善的评价机制,提升体育教师课程思政素养。 This study explores the problems and paths of improving college PE teachers'literacy in the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension in the new era by the literature method and other methods.The study believes that PE teachers'literacy in the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension has three connotation characteristics:multi-angle curriculum education consciousness,the multi-breadth educational technology concept and the multi-dimensional curriculum content integration ability.In the new era,there are still problems in the improvement of college PE teachers'literacy in the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension,such as the biased awareness of the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension leading to the lack of the concept of ideological and political education in physical education courses,insufficient attention from schools leading to the weak responsibility of PE teachers in the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension,and the imperfect training mechanism leading to the insufficient PE teachers'literacy in the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension.The study suggests that PE teachers should change their own educational concepts in time and strengthen the concept of the collaborative education of ideological and political education in physical education courses,education departments should construct a comprehensive teacher training system,and that schools should build a perfect evaluation mechanism,so as to improve PE teachers'literacy in the curriculum on the ideological and political dimension.
