摘要
在汽轮机低压长叶片结构设计过程中,通常采用阻尼拉筋结构来改善叶片的强度和振动特性。拉筋的存在会阻碍叶栅通道内的流体流动,使流场分布变得更为复杂,并造成气动性能的损失和通流效率的降低。文章将以工业汽轮机低压末级长叶片为模型,对其采用圆形拉筋连接结构和无拉筋时的气动特性进行分析,以研究圆形拉筋对叶片气动性能的影响幅度。
in the process of structural design of low pressure long blades of steam turbines,damped lacing structures are usuallused to improve the strength and vibration characteristies of the blades.The presence of lacing ean obstruet fluid flow within cascade channels,complex the fow field,cause loss of aerodynamic performance and reduced fow elicieney.This paper will take thelow pressure long blade of industrial steam turbine as a model,analysis the aerodynamic perormance with round lacing or not,studthe influence range of aerodynamie performance caused by round Lacing.
