摘要
在“双碳”战略背景下,建筑的碳排放情况被纳入建设审查环节之中,设计阶段建筑碳排放量的精准计算具有应用价值,但国内的碳排放模拟计算方法和框架缺乏从实证核算角度的优化。文章以雄安新区新建安置社区为例,构建建筑运行碳排放模型,通过调研社区住宅建成环境及运行碳排放的实际特征,对比分析模拟与实证数据差异及产生原因,从总量和季节趋势两个层面对现行建筑运行碳排放模拟过程进行优化。优化后的运行碳排放模拟方法可大幅降低模拟运行碳排放与实测运行碳排放的误差,可在一定程度上作为北方寒冷地区大规模新建社区前期方案的低碳设计引导,为低碳设计精细化模拟计算提供研究方向。
Under the background of“double carbon”strategy,the circumstance of carbon emission from building is included in the loop of construction review,there is application value in the accurate calculation to carbon emission of building in the design stage,but domestic simulation calculation method and frame to carbon emission lack the optimization from angle of empirical accounting.The newlybuilt resettlement community in Xiongan New Area is taken as an example in this paper,the model for carbon emission of construction operation is constructed,through investigation to the built environment of residence in community and the actual characteristics of carbon emission during operation,and through contrast and analysis to the discrepancy between the simulation and empirical data and its cause,the simulation process of carbon emission during operation of existing buildings is optimized from two horizons,including total quantity and seasonal trend.By the simulation method for carbon emission during operation after optimization,the error between the simulated operating carbon emission and the measured operating carbon emission can be greatly reduced,that can be taken as the guidance to the low carbon design in the front-end scheme for large-scale newly-built community in northern cold region to some extent,and research direction is provided for the fine simulation calculation of low carbon design.
