摘要
作为推进中国式现代化的思想引领与文化支撑,习近平文化思想坚守魂脉、赓续根脉、守正创新,为新时代公共文化服务高质量发展提供了转换跃升的重大契机。文章认为,通过以三重使命感催动升华,以四个维度的人民性引导落地,习近平文化思想为再塑公共文化服务打通了双向贯通之路。习近平文化思想对公共文化服务的指导,又可以借助价值治理进入实践环节,具体路径包括以价值吸纳强化内容元素的沁入力、以价值整合塑造多元主体伙伴关系、以价值保障增强人民文化获得感等。
As the ideological guidance and cultural support for promoting Chinese modernization,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture adheres to the nation’s soul,carries forward Chinese civilization,upholds fundamental principles and breaks new ground,providing a great opportunity for the high-quality development of public cultural services to transform and leap forward in the new era.By promoting improvement with a triple sense of mission and guiding implementation under the people-centeredness of four dimensions,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture has opened a two-way connection for the reinvention of public cultural services.The guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture can be put into practice through value governance.The ways include strengthening the infiltration of content elements through value absorption,shaping the partnership of multiple subjects through value integration,and enhancing people’scultural sense of gain through value protection.
