地下综合管廊改造施工技术

摘要 以江东大道为例,提出了地下综合管廊改造施工技术,分析江东大道实际情况,结合ABAQUS软件构建现有地下综合管廊模型,并从管廊支护结构、地基与防水3个方面进行地下综合管廊改造施工,以此保证地下综合管廊改造施工质量与效率。分析相关应用数据可知,应用改造施工技术后,地下综合管廊周围土体沉降最小值为0 mm,支护强度最大值为6850 kN,地基稳定度最大值为90%,大部分管廊区段防水等级达到最高,说明该方法应用效果较好。 This article takes Jiangdong Avenue as an example to propose the construction technology for the renovation of underground comprehensive pipe gallery.Analyze the actual situation of Jiangdong Avenue and construct an existing underground comprehensive pipe gallery model using ABAQUS software.Based on the constructed underground comprehensive pipe gallery model,the underground comprehensive pipe gallery renovation construction is carried out from three aspects:pipe gallery support structure,foundation,and waterproofing,in order to ensure the quality and efficiency of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery renovation construction.According to the analysis of relevant application data,it can be seen that after applying the renovation construction technology proposed in this article,the minimum soil settlement around the underground comprehensive pipe gallery is 0 mm,the maximum support strength is 6850 kN,and the maximum foundation stability is 90%.Most of the pipe gallery sections have the highest waterproof level,indicating that the application effect of this method is good.
