摘要
随着信息技术的发展,传统公共服务的局限性日益显现,公共服务数字化已经成为现代社会的一种必然选择。数字化公共服务可以利用互联网和大数据技术提高公共服务的效率和质量,实现公共服务的快捷、高效和智能化,但在适老化方面存在公共服务供给与老年人的实际需求不匹配、缺乏技术安全和隐私保护、个性化服务和用户友好性不足、使用意愿低等问题,针对数字公共服务的年龄歧视提出公共服务适老化策略,以期促进社会的数字化包容和普惠发展。
With the development of information technology,the limitations of traditional public services are becoming increasingly apparent,and digitalization of public services has become an inevitable choice in modern society.Digital public services can use the Internet and big data technology to improve the efficiency and quality of public services and achieve rapid,efficient and intelligent public services.However,in terms of aging,there are problems such as the mismatch between the supply of public services and the actual needs of the elderly,the lack of technical security and privacy protection,the lack of personalized services and user friendliness,and low willingness to use digital public services.In view of the age discrimination in digital public services,we propose aging strategies for public services to promote digital inclusion and inclusive development of society.
