摘要
沉箱式卫生间一般采用红砖砌筑地垄,造价高、施工周期较长、污染大,架空层回填加重了沉箱底板荷载,也加大了排水管道发生破裂的可能,且其维修困难。基于此,卫生间沉箱施工采用预制好的混凝土板搁置在可调节基座架空支撑架上,达到快速封闭沉箱面层的目的,使沉箱内形成中空层,可变更排水管道排布,相比于传统的卫生间,该工法简单易行,值得在同类工程中推广。
Caisson style toilets generally use red brick masonry ridges,which have high cost,long construction period,and high pollution.The backfilling of the overhead layer increases the load on the bottom plate of the caisson and also increases the possibility of drainage pipeline rupture,and its maintenance is difficult.Based on this,the construction of the bathroom caisson adopts prefabricated concrete slabs placed on adjustable base overhead support frames,achieving the goal of quickly sealing the surface layer of the caisson,forming a hollow layer inside the caisson,and changing the layout of drainage pipes.compared with traditional bathrooms,this construction method is simple and easy to implement,and is worth promoting in similar projects.
