摘要
针对目前油气管道现场层网络通信带宽低、时延差及组网复杂的现状,以及油气管道智能化管理的需求,在油气管道现场层网络中引入IEC 61158 Type 28宽带现场总线国际标准技术,以提高数据通信的带宽和实时性,并实现多业务数据融合通信。根据油气管道网络工程的实际应用,基于该宽带现场总线提出了一种新型的油气管道高速总线(PHB)标准技术,用于指导用户进行新型油气管道网络工程实施和业务部署。本文对PHB网络中的3种设备模型:主站、从站和代理,以及基于该设备模型的单环形和双环形总线网络模型等内容进行研究,并通过撬装平台验证了设备模型方案的可行性与可靠性。
In response to the current situation of low communication bandwidth,poor latency,and complex networking in the field layer network of oil and gas pipelines,as well as the demand for intelligent management of oil and gas pipelines,the IEC 61158 Type 28 broadband field bus international standard technology has been introduced into the field layer network of oil and gas pipelines to improve the bandwidth and real-time performance of data communication,and achieve multi-service data fusion communication.Based on the practical application of oil and gas pipeline network engineering,a new type of oil and gas pipeline high-speed bus(PHB)standard technology is proposed based on the broadband field bus,which can be used to guide users in the implementation and business deployment of new oil and gas pipeline network engineering.This article studies three device models in PHB networks:master station,agent,and slave station,as well as single ring and double ring bus network models based on this device model.The feasibility and reliability of the device model scheme are verified through a prying platform.
