摘要
江阴中等专业学校汽车检测与维修技术专业于2014年开展“产教融合、校企合作”,形成“四岗递进”的人才培养模式。学生通过“企业跟岗环节”深入一线岗位学习,增强了实践动手能力,进一步巩固了理论知识。为更好地开展“跟岗实践”,解决“企业跟岗环节”实践中存在的短板,校企之间通过研讨,对“跟岗环节”进行实践教学改革,并形成相应的教学模式来解决实践中存在的问题,最终形成实践改革范例,以期为同类职业院校提供借鉴和参考。
In 2014,the automobile inspection and maintenance technology major in Jiangyin’s secondary specialized schools launched a“Combination of industry and education,cooperation between schools and enterprises”to form a“Four-post progressive”talent training model.Students through the“Enterprise follow-up link”in-depth front-line post learning,to enhance practical ability to further consolidate theoretical knowledge.At the same time,in order to better carry out“Follow-up practice”and solve the shortcomings in the practice of“Follow-up link in enterprises”,the practice teaching reform of“Follow-up link”is carried out through discussion between schools and enterprises,form the corresponding pattern to solve the problems in practice.Finally,it forms a practical example to provide reference for similar vocational colleges.
