摘要
快速成型技术是一种用于快速创建物理对象的三维打印和制造技术,在机械设计及制造中可以缩短产品设计周期,增强机械产品设计的灵活性和创新性,可以大幅度提升效率和质量,同时也为机械产品定制化生产提供技术支撑。该文系统分析了目前常见的快速成型技术分类及应用特点,全面概述了快速成型技术在机械设计及制造中的应用,结果表明,基于快速成型技术可以提高机械产品设计的灵活性,未来应进一步丰富快速成型技术的材料,逐步提高机械制造精度与分辨率,进一步提高生产速度。
