PLC控制技术下收获机电气控制系统设计及试验

摘要 该文在分析谷物收获机作业要求的基础上,根据设计原则,基于PLC技术构建谷物收获机电气控制系统,并设计模糊PID控制器,建立系统模糊规则控制表,对系统硬件组成及软件程序进行设计与选型。田间试验结果表明,基于PLC技术构建的谷物收获机电气控制系统和模糊PID控制器可以提高谷物收获智能化、高效化和可控制,有助于提高谷物产量和质量,减少资源浪费。 In this paper,on the basis of analyzing the operational requirements of the grain harvester,according to the design principles,based on PLC technology to build the grain harvester electrical control system,and the design of fuzzy PID controllers,the establishment of the system fuzzy rules of control table,the system hardware components and software programs for the design and selection.The results of field test show that the electrical control system of grain harvester constructed based on PLC technology and fuzzy PID controller can improve the grain harvesting intelligent,efficient and controllable,which can help to improve the yield and quality of grain and reduce the waste of resources.
