摘要
随着城镇化进程的稳步提高与存量规划的推进,古城特色的保护与延续,成为城市更新的重要议题。文化基因是体现古城历史与原始风貌的载体,是城市营建的底层记忆,进而成为城市更新过程中,文化留存与延续的强有力的工具。为此,以漳州古城修文路段为实证案例,以文化基因的挖掘为抓手,对漳州古城的建筑特色与文化内涵进行剖析,在“活化古城、留住乡愁、有机更新”的理念下,提出“资源整合、基因提取、图谱构建、文脉延续”的古城更新策略。研究为协调古城“物质”与“精神”的发展,解决城市发展与历史文化传承之间的问题提供新思路。
With the steady improvement of urbanization and the advancement of stock planning,the protection and continuation of the historic urban area’s characteristics have become an important issue in urban renewal.Cultural genes are carriers that reflect the history and primitive style of the historic urban areas,serving as the underlying memory of urban construction and becoming a powerful tool for cultural preservation and continuation in the process of urban renewal.This paper took the Xiuwen Road of the old town of Zhangzhou City as an empirical case,using the excavation of cultural genes as the starting point,to analyze the architectural characteristics and cultural connotations of the historic urban area.Under the concept of"revitalizing the historic urban area,retaining nostalgia,and organic renewal",a strategy for updating the historic urban area of"resource integration,gene extraction,map construction,and extension of cultural context"was proposed.Provide new ideas to coordinate the development of the material and spiritual aspects of the historic urban area,and solving the problem between urban development and historical and cultural inheritance.
