摘要
目的探讨复方高滋斑片联合右佐匹克隆片治疗老年精神疾病伴睡眠障碍的疗效。方法将我科收治的72例老年患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例。两组均服用右佐匹克隆片,观察组加用复方高滋斑片,疗程均为4周。治疗前、治疗4周后评定匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSOI)、失眠严重程度指数(ISI)、疲劳严重程度指数(FSS)。结果与治疗前比较,治疗4周后观察组和对照组PSQI、ISI以及FSS总分均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗4周后,与对照组比较,观察组PSQI总分、ISI总分及FSS总分下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在右佐匹克隆片治疗的基础上加用复方高滋斑片干预精神疾病伴睡眠障碍老年患者,可改善患者的睡眠质量。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the combination of compound Gaozibian tablets and lorazepam in the treatment of elderly patients with mental disorders accompanied by sleep disturbances.Methods A total of 72 elderly patients admitted to our department were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 36 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with lorazepam,and the experimental group received additional compound Gaozibian tablets for a total of 4 weeks.The pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),insomnia severity index(ISI),and fatigue severity scale(FSS)were assessed before and after 4 weeks of treatment.Results Compared with those before treatment,both the experimental and control groups showed a significant decrease in PSQI,ISI,and FSS total scores after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed a significant decrease in PSQI,ISI,and FSS total scores after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of compound Gaozibian tablets on the basis of lorazepam treatment for elderly patients with mental disorders and sleep disturbances can improve the patient's sleep quality.
