摘要
液压系统和控制系统在大起重量立杆吊车中的优化应用,对于推动数字化、智能化技术,促进可持续发展,提高作业效率和安全性有重要意义。本文主要研究大起重量立杆吊车的机械结构及液压系统,重点研究吊车主体结构、支腿、吊车主臂、动力系统、液压系统等设计分析及强度校核,设计一种适用于电气化铁路施工的大起重量立杆吊车,弥补传统的LG-4立杆吊车起重量不足的缺陷,满足各种工况使用需求,同时,通过大起重量吊车参与施工,消除多台LG-4立杆吊车联合作业过程中的不安全因素,改变电气化铁路施工传统模式,提高施工效率和安全性,推动数字化、智能化技术进步,促进电气化铁路施工向智能建造持续发展。
The optimal application of hydraulic system and control system in large-capacity vertical pole crane is of great significance for promoting digital and intelligent technology,promoting sustainable development and improving operation efficiency and safety.This paper mainly studies the mechanical structure and hydraulic system of the heavyduty vertical pole crane,focusing on the design analysis and strength check of the main structure,legs,main arm,power system and hydraulic system of the crane,and designs a heavy-duty vertical pole crane suitable for electrified railway construction,which makes up for the shortage of the traditional LG-4 vertical pole crane and meets the needs of various working conditions.Moreover,through the participation of the heavy-duty cranes in the construction,the unsafe factors in the joint operation of multiple LG-4 vertical pole cranes are eliminated,the traditional mode of electrified railway construction is changed,the construction efficiency and safety are improved,and the progress of digital and intelligent technology is promoted.Through these,we intend to promote the sustainable development of intelligent construction of the electrified railway construction.
