摘要
柴油货车已成为我国城市大气环境污染的重要来源。基于图像自动识别和数据远程传输技术,设计开发用于石化企业移动源运输结构管控的门禁系统,并将其用于企业用车状态的监测,开展石化企业用车行为统计。统计结果表明:石化企业用车结构较为稳定,不同季节车辆使用频次呈现规律化分布;开展常用车辆的排放管控,可以很大程度改变企业的用车结构;在保障企业基本生产活动的基础上,开展用车频次的压减以改善环境空气质量。
Diesel have become an important source of urban air pollution in China.Based on the technology of automatic image recognition and remote data transmission,this paper designed and developed a monitoring system for the management and control of the transportation structure of mobile sources in petrochemical enterprises,which is used for the monitoring of the vehicle status of enterprises,and carries out the statistics of the vehicle behavior of petrochemical enterprises.The result shows that the vehicle structure of petrochemical enterprises is relatively stable,and the frequency of vehicle use in different seasons presents a regular distribution;the emission control of high-frequency vehicles can greatly change the vehicle structure of enterprises;on the basis of ensuring the basic production activities of enterprises,reduce the frequency of vehicle use to improve the ambient air quality.
