摘要
以SBS,SBR,C 9石油树脂、橡胶粉、橡胶油、硫磺粉为原料,通过挤出机生产高黏改性剂颗粒加入沥青中,并详细叙述了高黏沥青的制备方案。同时,采用DSR流变仪对高黏沥青的高温流变特性进行了试验。结果表明:在温度扫描模式下,随着温度的升高,不同掺量的高黏改性沥青车辙因子逐渐降低,在同一温度下,高黏剂掺量越大,车辙因子越大,在6%~8%之间提升程度最大。同时,高黏沥青的相位角正切值随温度的增加而增大,弹性部分逐渐向黏性部分转化,失去可恢复变形的能力。在频率扫描模式下,低频阶段的车辙因子低于高频阶段,而相位角正切值在低频阶段大于高频阶段,表明低频率下沥青胶结料的抗变形能力较差。在MSCR试验中,随着掺量的增加,高黏沥青的不可恢复蠕变柔量在不同应力下均升高,而回复率在6%掺量时达到峰值,主要原因在于高黏剂与沥青的交联作用达到一定的饱和,使得多余部分失去弹性继而失去了恢复变形的能力。最后,对比分析高黏改性沥青高温性能指标的相关性可知,软化点与车辙因子、不可恢复蠕变柔量以及回复率等高温流变性能指标具有良好的相关性。
In this paper,SBS,SBR,C 9 petroleum resin,rubber powder,rubber oil and sulfur powder are used as raw materials to produce high viscosity modifier particles into asphalt by extruder.The preparation scheme of high viscosity asphalt is described in detail.At the same time,the high temperature rheological properties of high viscosity asphalt were tested by DSR rheometer.The results show that under the temperature scanning mode,the rutting factor of the modified asphalt with different contents decreases gradually with the increase of temperature.Under the same temperature,the rutting factor increases with the addition of high viscosity agent,and the improvement degree is maximum between 6%and 8%.At the same time,the phase angle tangent value of the high viscosity asphalt increases with the increase of temperature,and the elastic part gradually transforms to the viscous part,losing the ability to restore the deformation.In frequency scanning mode,the rutting factor of low frequency stage is lower than that of high frequency stage,and the tangent value of phase angle is greater than that of high frequency stage,which indicates that the deformation resistance of asphalt binder is poor at low frequency.In the MSCR test,the non-recoverable creep compliance of high-viscosity asphalt increases under different stresses with the increase of the content,and the recovery rate reaches a peak at 6%content,mainly because the cross-linking between high-viscosity agent and asphalt reaches a certain saturation,making the excess part lose elasticity and then lose the ability to restore deformation.Finally,the correlation analysis of high viscosity modified asphalt high temperature performance indexes shows that softening point has a good correlation with rutting factor,non-recoverable creep compliance and recovery rate.
