摘要
为减少变电站监控的响应时长,设计基于物联网技术的变电站智能监控系统。硬件方面,设计只包含三个引脚的终端传感器及输出稳定电压的电源。软件方面,利用传感器采集变电站数据,采用RBF自整定增量式PID控制策略控制数据传输速度。从环境监控、动力监控和运行监控三方面构建变电站远程监控架构,采用联动机制完成监控信息的交互管理。系统测试结果表明:用户并发数量低于200时,系统响应时间稳定在0.2 s,用户并发数量超过200系统响应时间也保持在2 s以下,满足了智能监控系统的实时性要求。
In order to reduce the response time of substation monitoring,an intelligent substation monitoring system based on internet of things technology is designed.In terms of hardware,a terminal sensor with only three pins and a power supply that outputs a stable voltage are designed.In terms of software,sensors are used to collect substation data,and RBF self-tuning incremental PID control strategy is used to control data transmission speed.The remote monitoring framework of substation is constructed from three aspects of environmental monitoring,power monitoring and operation monitoring,and the interactive management of monitoring information is completed by linkage mechanism.The system test results show that when the number of concurrent users is less than 200,the system response time is stable at 0.2 s,and when the number of concurrent users exceeds 200,the system response time is kept below 2 s,which meets the real-time requirements of the intelligent monitoring system.
