摘要
本文采用Python获取前程无忧招聘网站对图书情报与档案管理专业人才的招聘信息并进行整理,分析招聘单位的地区分布、行业分布、单位类型分布,招聘岗位的学历要求分布及工作经验要求分布,根据需求情况,提出了相应的人才培养建议,为高校对图书情报与档案管理专业人才的培养提供参考。
This paper sorts out the recruitment information about professionals of library,information and archives management on the 51job recruitment website by using Python,It analyzes the distribution of recruitment units,on regional,industry and unit type,including the distribution of academic requirements and work experience requirements,and puts forward corresponding talent training suggestions according to the demand,which can provide a reference for the cultivation of library,information and archives management professionals in colleges and universities.
