摘要
新冠肺炎疫情打乱了公共图书馆正常的工作秩序,常态下的图书馆服务方式已不能满足疫情期间读者需求。本文总结了在新冠肺炎疫情下首都图书馆的服务实践,进而对疫情时期首都图书馆的服务提出了建议,包括提高图书馆的在线服务质量,加速电子资源的建设和使用;重视微信抖音等网络平台的使用,加强图书馆的自我宣传;加快网上联合参考咨询的建设,加强图书馆联盟之间的合作;加快推广城市街区图书馆的投放,方便读者自助借还书;加强与企业合作,探索图书馆新的服务模式。
The CoviD-19 epidemic has disrupted the normal working order of public libraries,and the normal service mode of libraries can no longer meet the needs of readers during the epidemic.This paper summarizes the service practice of the Capital Library under the Covid-19 epidemic situation,and then puts forward some suggestions on the service,including improving the online service quality of the library,accelerating the construction and use of electronic resources;Paying attention to the use of WeChat,Douyin and other network platforms,improving the library's self-publicity;speeding up the construction of online joint reference and consultation;strengthening the cooperation among library alliances;promoting the launch of urban block libraries to facilitate readers to borrow and return books;and strengthening cooperation with enterprises,in order to explore new service mode of library.
