摘要
通过文献调研、网络调研、电话咨询等方式对新疆高校图书馆开展的科研评价服务进行调研,涉及服务内容、服务部门、服务成果等方面。分析新疆高校图书馆在科研评价服务工作存在的不足和面临的困境,并指出存在的主要问题。为提高科研评价服务的质量,新疆高校图书馆应根据自身的客观条件,通过构建科研评价服务业务框架、制定激励机制、寻求合作等方式开展科研评价工作。
By means of literature research,network research and telephone consultation,this paper investigates the scientific research evaluation service of university libraries in Xinjiang,which involves service contents,service departments and service achievements etc.This paper analyzes the shortcomings and difficulties of scientific research evaluation service of university libraries in Xinjiang,and points out the main problems.In order to improve the quality of scientific research evaluation service,university libraries in Xinjiang should carry out scientific research evaluation work according to their own objective conditions by constructing the service frame of scientific research evaluation,establishing incentive mechanism,seeking cooperation and so on.
