基于CFD的负压下高速齿轮箱喷油润滑分析

摘要 为了提升齿轮传动系统的传动效率以及齿轮副的使用寿命,有必要研究高速齿轮箱内润滑油在齿面的铺展状况,并探索最佳的喷油润滑参数。为此,基于计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)理论,建立了负压下高线速度齿轮喷油润滑有限元仿真模型;分析了在负压条件下油液射流与高速齿轮齿面的碰撞演变过程,得到了油液在不同时刻的运动情况以及在齿面的铺展情况;进一步探究了高速下不同齿轮箱压强和喷油参数对齿面润滑效果的影响规律,得到了0.5个大气压强下的最佳喷油参数。结果表明,喷嘴直径为12 mm时,油液与高速齿面碰撞后飞溅效果不明显;一定的负压可以提高齿面润滑效果,并减少齿轮副功率损失;0.5个大气压强下,喷油角度为50°、喷油距离较近、喷油速度较大时,齿面润滑效果最佳。 In order to improve the transmission efficiency of the gear transmission system and the service life of the gear pair,it is necessary to study the spread of the lubricating oil on the tooth surface in the high-speed gearbox and explore the best injection lubrication parameters.Based on the theory of computational fluid dynamics(CFD),the finite element simulation model of high linear speed gear oil injection lubrication under negative pressure is established.The collision evolution process between oil and high-speed gear tooth surface under negative pressure is analyzed,and the movement of the oil at different times and the spread on the tooth surface are obtained.The influence of different gearbox pressures and injection parameters on the gear surface lubrication effect at high speed is further investigated,and the optimal injection parameters at the 0.5 atmospher-ic pressure are obtained.The results show that when the nozzle diameter is 12 mm,the splash effect is not obvi-ous after the impact between the oil and high-speed gear surface.A certain negative pressure can improve the lubrication effect of the gear surface and reduce the power loss of the gear pair.At the 0.5 atmospheric pressure,when the injection angle is 50°,the injection distance is close,the injection speed is large,and the tooth surface lubrication effect is the best.
