摘要
目的通过进行严格的科研设计,探讨耳穴贴压对产后尿潴留的治疗效果。方法选取我院2023年6月—2023年12月期间收治的分娩并发产后尿潴留的产妇92例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为传统干预组和耳穴+电刺激组,各46例。传统干预组采用常规听流水声,温水清洗,新斯的明肌注,加上低频电刺激治疗。耳穴+电刺激组在传统干预组治疗的基础上,增加耳穴贴压。比较两组产妇干预后首次自主排尿时间、排尽尿液后膀胱残余尿量以及治疗总有效率。结果耳穴+电刺激组干预后首次自主排尿时间短于传统干预组,排尽尿液后膀胱残余尿量低于传统干预组(均P<0.05)。耳穴+电刺激组的治疗总有效率100%比传统干预组的78.26%高(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压联合低频电刺激治疗产后尿潴留的应用效果确切,可提高治疗总有效率,加速患者自主排尿的恢复。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of auricular acupressure on postpartum urinary retention by conducting a rigorous scientific research design.Methods Ninety-two cases of labor complicating postpartum urinary retention admitted to our hospital during the period of January 2023-December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the traditional intervention group and auricular acupoints+electrical stimulation group,each with 46 cases,according to the method of randomized numerical table.The traditional intervention group was treated with conventional listening to the sound of running water,warm water washing,neostigmine intramuscular injection,plus low-frequency electrical stimulation.The auricular acupoint+electrical stimulation group added auricular acupoint pressure to the treatment of the traditional intervention group.The two groups were compared in terms of the time to first voluntary urination after intervention,the amount of residual urine in the bladder after voiding,and the total effective rate of treatment.Results The first spontaneous urination time in the auricular acupoint+electrical stimulation group after intervention was shorter than that in the traditional intervention group,and the residual urine volume in the bladder after urination was lower than that in the traditional intervention group(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of the auricular acupoint+electrical stimulation group was 100%higher than that of the traditional intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusions Auricular point sticking combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation has a definite effect in the treatment of postpartum urinary retention,which can improve the total effective rate of treatment,accelerate the recovery of patients'autonomous urination.
