摘要
高职教育的特点决定学生在学习与就业压力、人际关系等方面存在一定的困惑和挑战。这些问题如果得不到及时的干预,会对学生的心理健康产生负面影响。家庭教育在促进学生心理健康中发挥着重要作用,对高职学生心理健康问题的家庭教育干预策略进行探究,能提高家庭教育质量,提升学生综合素养,促进学生全面发展。高职学生心理健康问题的家庭教育干预可采取以下策略:采用科学的家庭教育方式,加强与孩子的有效沟通;提升家长素质,关注孩子的心理状态;发挥家长榜样作用,给予孩子良好的熏陶。
The characteristics of vocational education determine that students face certain difficulties and challenges in learning and employment pressure,interpersonal relationships,and other aspects.If these issues are not intervened in a timely manner,they will have a negative impact on the mental health of students.Family education plays an important role in promoting the mental health of students.Exploring family education intervention strategies for the mental health issues of vocational college students can improve the quality of family education,enhance their comprehensive literacy,and promote their comprehensive development.The family education intervention for psychological health issues of vocational college students can adopt the following strategies:adopting scientific family education methods to strengthen effective communication with children;improve the quality of parents and pay attention to their children's psychological state;play the role of role models for parents and provide good education for children.
