随着教育观念的不断发展,人们开始深刻认识到学习实质上是一个个体自我进步和提升的持续过程。在这个过程中,元认知策略的运用显得尤为关键。元认知策略是一种重要的学习策略,它是指学习者对自己学习过程的认识、监控和调节。文章分析元认知策略的定义与分类,阐述影响元认知策略有效性的因素,提出初中数学学习中存在的问题,探讨基于元认知策略的数学学习方法,旨在通过理论和实践相结合的方式,为初中数学教育质量的提升提供有力的支持和指导。
With the continuous development of educational concepts,people have begun to deeply understand that learning is essentially a continuous process of individual self progress and improvement.The application of metacognitive strategies is particularly crucial in this process.Metacognitive strategy is an important learning strategy that refers to the learner's understanding,monitoring,and regulation of their own learning process.The article is based on the definition and classification of metacognitive strategies,explaining the factors that affect the effectiveness of metacognitive strategies,pointing out the problems in middle school mathematics learning,and exploring mathematical learning methods based on metacognitive strategies.The aim is to provide strong support and guidance for improving the quality of middle school mathematics education through a combination of theory and practice.
