摘要
数字时代背景下,财务应用型本科教学改革是对会计工作数字化转型新需求的必然回应。对多所应用型本科院校智能财务教学改革现状及就业市场智能财务岗位需求新态势进行研究,分析智能财务岗位需求逻辑,提出明确一个教学理念、促进两个方面融合、注重三个专业层次建设、培养四种专业人才、探索N种教学改革措施,构建数字时代智能财务教学改革体系。从教学改革整体方向和细节措施两个方面构思教改方案,从而为社会输送满足数字时代需求的智能财务人才,助力国家人才强国战略的实现。
Under the background of digital age,the reform of finance applied undergraduate teaching is an inevitable response to the new demand of accounting digitization transformation.By studying the current situation of intelligent finance teaching reform and the new situation of the demand for intelligent finance jobs in the job market in many applied undergraduate colleges,this paper analyze the logic of the demand for intelligent finance jobs,puts forward the following measures:defining one teaching idea,promoting the integration of two aspects,paying attention to the construction of three professional levels,cultivating four professional talents,and exploring N kinds of teaching reform measures,to construct the system of intelligent finance teaching reform in the digital age.From the overall direction of teaching reform and the details of the two aspects of education reform plan,so as to meet the needs of the society to meet the needs of intellectual financial talents,to help the national talent strategy to achieve.
