装配式电力综合管廊主体结构及关键节点设计和施工

摘要 传统全现浇综合管廊施工时土方开挖量大、成本高、施工工序繁琐、效率低以及施工工期长,而节段整体预制综合管廊自重大、运输成本和装配施工成本高。因此,为克服以上缺点,通过分析国内装配式综合管廊的研究成果,再根据项目特点,提出了一种新型装配式综合管廊的设计建造方式,并以长沙地区的雷锋—延农220 kV电力综合管廊工程项目为例,详细阐述了综合管廊主体的结构拆分设计、预制构件深化与生产模具设计和关键节点设计,并对其装配建造过程进行了介绍。最终根据工程竣工核算的对比数据证明了该类装配式电力综合管廊的应用价值,并提出了针对多舱电力综合管廊的设计建议。 The traditional fully cast-in-place utility tunnel has a large earth excavation volume,high cost,cumber-some process,low efficiency and long construction period.But the segmental prefabricated utility tunnel has high dead-weight,hightransportation costs and assembly construction costs.Therefore,the research results of prefabri-cated utility tunnel in China were analyzed to overcome the above shortcomings.According to the project character-istics,a new design and construction method is proposed.Taking the Leifeng-Yannong 220 kV power utility tunnel project in Changsha as an example,the structural splitting design of the main body of the power utility tunnel,the deepening of prefabricated components,the design of production molds and the design of key joints are elaborated in detail as well as the construction process.Finally,the application value of this type of precast power utility tunnel was proved by the comparative data of engineering completion accounting.The design suggestions are proposed for multi-warehouse power utility tunnel.
