The Classification Characteristics and Paradigm Change of College Students'Employability

摘要 源于长期知识生产与经验累积,大学生就业能力总体研究走向成熟,在此基础上深入微观走向分类视角,是相关领域学理创生与实践拓展的又一起点。依托“国家大学生学情调查研究(NCSS)”大规模数据,多重呈现大学生就业能力的分类特征:基于外部身份属性的自然性分类线索,以个体特征和院校因素为坐标的大学生类别群体在“元-专-通”要素指标上总体表现层叠分化现象;基于内部能力型构的实证化分类线索,聚类判别就业能力结构异质的分类群体,在横向上相对联结不同就业能力表现,呈现“全面型>通用型>专精型>游离型”的发展格局,在纵向层面体现趋于“整全”取向的变化趋势以及就业能力总体提升,反映分类群体的可变性和可塑性,深化高校教育的可为空间。对此应深化分类范式变革,强调因材施教,促进针对性的分类培养,实现合和共生。 Based on the long-term knowledge production and experience accumulation,the overall research on the employability of college students is becoming mature,it is another starting point for the theoretical creation and practice development of this field.Based on the large-scale data of the"National College Students'Survey"(NCSS),this paper presents the classification features of college students'employability in multiple ways:natural classification clues based on external identity attributes,taking individual characteristics and college factors as coordinates,the category groups of college students show the phenomenon of overlapping differentiation on the index of"Meta-special-pass"factors as a whole,the classification group of the heterogeneous structure of employability,which is classified by clustering,has the pattern of"All-round Type>general type>Specialized Type>Dissociative Type",at the vertical level,it reflects the trend of"Integration"and the overall improvement of the employability,reflects the variability and plasticity of the classified groups,and deepens the space of higher education.Therefore,we should deepen the transformation of classification paradigm,emphasize teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,promote the cultivation of classification and realize the symbiosis.
