“金课”建设背景下高职院校科技人文类课程与学生满意度、忠诚度关系研究

摘要 “金课”建设背景推进科技人文类课程已经成为提升教学质量、增强学生满意度的重要抓手。基于高职学生1184份抽样调查数据对高职院校科技人文类课程与学生满意度、忠诚度关系进行了检验,并进一步探索了学习期望、学习感知在这一过程中的中介效应。结果表明:科技人文类课程对学生满意度及忠诚度均产生了显著的促进效应,学习感知在此过程中起到完全中介效应,学习期望和学习感知共同起到链式中介效应。基于以上结论提出了课程形象优化、学习期望管理、学习感知提升、满意度的连续跟踪与提升、忠诚度培养等策略。 The background of the“Golden Course”construction promotes the development of science and technology humanities courses,which has become an important means to improve teaching quality and enhance student satisfaction.Based on the data of an 1184 sample survey of higher vocational students,the relationship between science and technology humanities courses and student satisfaction and loyalty was tested,and the intermediary effect of learning expectation and learning perception in this process was further explored.The results show that:science and technology humanities courses have a significant promotion effect on student satisfaction and loyalty;learning perception plays a complete mediation effect in this process;learning expectation and learning perception together play a chain mediation effect.Based on the above conclusions,some suggestions such as course image optimization,learning expectation management,learning perception improvement,and continuous tracking and improvement of satisfaction and loyalty cultivation are put forward.
