摘要
随着“健康中国”国家战略的提出,健康产业迎来了巨大的发展空间,与此同时对中医药人才培养提出了更高的要求。本文在对健康产业背景下中医药人才需求及现有中医药人才培养现状分析的基础上,探索“中医药高校-中医医院-科研院(所)-中药企业”四方互利共赢的产学研联合培养模式,有助于提高中医药人才培养质量。
With the proposal of the"Healthy China"national strategy,the health industry has ushered in huge development space,and at the same time,higher requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)talents.Based on the analysis of the demand for TCM talents in the context of the health industry and the current situation of TCM talent cultivation,this paper explores a mutually beneficial and win-win joint training model of"TCM universities,TCM hospitals,research institutes,and TCM enterprises",which helps to improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine talent cultivation.
