足球训练防护器具用胶粘剂制备及性能研究

摘要 采用4因素3水平正交试验法制备了足球训练防护器具用胶粘剂,考察了软硬单体用量配比、交联单体用量、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量对包封样和胶膜样剥离强度、耐焊性和吸湿率的影响。结果表明,软硬单体用量配比、交联单体用量、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量都会对胶粘剂试样的包封样剥离强度、胶膜样耐焊性和胶膜吸湿率造成影响。综合考虑包封样耐焊性、包封样剥离强度、胶膜样耐焊性、胶膜样剥离强度和吸湿率,最终选择A2B1C2D2方案作为优化方案,优化方案下包封样剥离强度、包封样耐焊性、胶膜样剥离强度、胶膜样耐焊性和吸湿率平均值分别为1.04N/mm、100%、2.26N/mm、100%和3.10%。 The adhesive for football training protective equipment was prepared by the orthogonal test method of 4 factors and 3 levels,and the effects of the ratio of soft and hard monomers,the amount of crosslinking monomers,the amount of emulsifiers,and the amount of initiators on the peel strength,solder resistance,and moisture absorption of the encapsulated and film samples were investigated.The results showed that the ratio of soft and hard monomers,the amount of crosslinking monomers,the amount of emulsifiers,and the amount of initiators would affect the peel strength of the encapsulated sample,the solder resistance of the adhesive film sample and the moisture absorption of the adhesive film.After comprehensive consideration of the weldability of the enveloping sample,the peeling strength of the enveloping sample,the weldability of the adhesive film sample,the peeling strength of the adhesive film sample and the moisture absorption rate,the A2B1C2D2 scheme was finally selected as the optimization scheme.Under the optimization scheme,the average values of the peeling strength of the enveloping sample,the weldability of the enveloping sample,the peeling strength of the adhesive film sample,the weldability of the adhesive film sample and the moisture absorption rate were 1.04 N/mm,100%,2.26 N/mm,100%and 3.10%,respectively.
