摘要
应用QC提升产品防伪能力,通过现状调查找出消费者质疑产品真伪的原因为:防伪标二维码被多次扫码,真实消费者非第一扫码人。为此,通过QC活动,消除消费者对产品真伪性的质疑问题,提高产品防伪能力,使消费者满意度提升。
Application QC improve product anti-counterfeiting ability,through the status quo survey to find out the reason of consumers query the product authenticity is:anti-counterfeit label QR code be Scanned many times,real consumers not the first person to scan the QR code,therefore,through QC activities,eliminate the questions of consumer query the product authenticity,improve the satisfaction of customer.
