摘要
在医疗信息化蓬勃发展的背景下,医学影像数字孪生技术作为信息与医学两大学科的融合创新领域,正受到广泛关注。本文在概述数字孪生技术的理念渊源及国内外发展现状的基础上,着力阐明该技术在多模态医学图像采集、特征提取与信息融合等方面取得的进展,分析其在药物研发与临床决策等应用场景中的优势与面临的挑战,并展望其对推动医疗产业变革的深远影响,以期为该领域的学术探索提供参考借鉴。
In the current era of medical informatics,digital twin technology in medical imaging,as the emerging interdisciplinary field of data science,information technology and medicine,has drawn wide attention.This paper initially reviews the origin and current development of digital twin technology before focusing on the progress in multi‑modal medical image acquisition,feature extraction and information fusion etc.Furthermore,it analyzes the advantages and challenges of such technology in applications such as pharmaceutical research,development,and clinical decision‑making.Finally,the potentially profound impact of digital twin technology on the transformation of the medical industry was assessed,to serve as a valuable reference to guide future medical research in this area.
