摘要
在智慧图书馆的环境下,信息技术的发展为读者带来了便捷高效的阅读体验。但同时,读者的个人信息也容易暴露在采集不当、使用不合理、泄露隐私等威胁之中。该文从图书馆日常服务的角度出发,将涉及到的读者信息进行类型化区分,并从收集、存储和使用三个阶段分析了读者信息可能面临的风险,探讨了图书馆通过制度、技术和法律等手段来规范读者信息的使用,切实保护读者的个人权益。
Under the environment of smart library,the development of information technology has brought readers a convenient and efficient reading experience.But at the same time,readers’personal information is also easily exposed to threats such as improper collection,unreasonable use,and privacy disclosure.From the point of daily library services,this paper classifies the reader information and analyzes the possible risks of the reader information from three stages:collection,storage and use.This paperexplored how libraries can regulate the use of reader information through institutional,technological,and legal means,effectively protecting the personal rights and interests of readers.
