摘要
目的:开展数字健康服务技术体系研究,以达州为例,构建数字健康服务技术体系。方法:从问题出发,采用综述、对比、推演等方法,创新性开展数字健康服务体系技术研究。结果:建立了顶层设计标准、技术架构,明确了数字健康服务技术体系建设内容。制定了与智慧城市对接、融入及促进其演进的发展路线,并提出了关键实现点。结论:数字健康不仅有效守护人民健康,而且全面推进智慧城市建设,促进人城互动。由此,达州市数字健康服务技术体系为国家、省提供了以人民健康为中心的社会治理样板。
Objective To carry out the research on digital health service technology system,and build a digital health service technology system by taking Dazhou as an example.Methods Starting from the problem,the technical research of digital health service system was carried out creatively by means of review,comparison and deduction.Results The top-level design standard and technical architecture were established,and the content of digital health service technical system construction was clarified.The development route for interfacing with,integrating into and promoting the evolution of smart cities was expanded and key implementation points were clarified.Conclusion Digital health can not only effectively protect people's health,but also comprehensively promote the construction of smart cities and the interaction between people and cities.As a result,Dazhou City's digital health service technology system provides a social governance model of"People's health as the top priority"for provinces and the country.
